So great to work with. Brian Graham helped with the sale and coordination. He was so so patient while we were managing other exterior house projects and issues and our awning fabric replacement fell to the wayside for a couple months. Our awning is not a brand that they sell but they were easily able to recover it with new fabric. The customer service was just phenomenal from start to finish and the price was way better than the original manufacturer. Would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service from the initial sales visit through the installation. This is the only company I could find in Central Ohio that would replace the fabric on our existing awning. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

We are delighted with the awning we just bought from Capital City Awning. The mechanicals and fabric appear to be of high quality. The new awning makes our back porch much more inviting and shields us from the late afternoon sun without blocking our view of the back yard. Salesman Brian Graham did a nice job outlining our options, sitting patiently while we chose a fabric. He also showed up the morning of installation. I am vertically challenged, and the manual crank didn't work for me. He returned a few hours later with a longer one (no extra charge). The crew was easy to work with and removed the roll shade we had been using to block the late afternoon sun (no extra charge).

I used Capital City Awning to install an awning over my home's front door. The entire experience was positive. I worked with Brian, who came out shortly after I contacted them, provided me with options, and sent me a virtual image of what the awning would look like after installation. The price was reasonable. Brian went above and beyond in assisting to ensure that it would get approved (per my neighborhood's requirements) and kept me updated on the installation date. The installers themselves were efficient and friendly. The awning looks much better than I had hoped. I highly recommend this company.

I experienced a super smooth and easy transaction from start to finish. I worked with Eddie, he was super helpful, showed up when he said he would, easy to work with while my dog was barking her head off. Overall the price was fair and service was awesome. Eddie came out and showed me a vast number of options for an awning replacement, ordered samples for me to take to the board (condo life) and was super patient with me. I was quoted for a longer wait time but as luck would have it I got my install super fast. The awning looks amazing and has attracted attention from other condo's. Hopefully that sends some business their way! Also I did talk to Brandy on the phone for payment and she was super. I would absolutely work with this company again. Highly suggest them!

Capital City Awning is the legacy type awning company you want for your home. Brian Graham was our original sales person for our latest installed awning many years ago. They have provided maintenance and repairs over the years and Brian is the one who manages it all. I am grateful for a company that communicates effectively, personably and professionally. CCA is the one.

We've been working with CCA for decades now. Tim, David, and the rest of the CCA crew are absolutely the best. Their customer service, "willing-to-go-the extra mile" attitude has always shined through for many years. Whether it's Sunbrella, Tempotest, or other awning fabric brands, their knowledge of the industry and products, high quality standards and capabilities cannot be matched as far as we know. We cannot speak of their work with stationary fixed awnings, but we know that they do a lot of work for some very large, high-end retailers in malls and around the world. We contacted several companies for quotes. Capital City Awnings was not the cheapest, but they were the most timely, dedicated and professional. We received their quote the same day they took measurements and our awnings were installed way ahead of deadline. We definitely recommend this company if you want it done right.
