Do you handle NYC permits and DOB filings?
Yes — permitting is handled entirely in-house. We’ve filed hundreds of DOB permits across NYC and understand the requirements for commercial awnings, building canopies, and rooftop structures. This includes navigating co-op boards, building management, and landmark district approvals.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all five NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island) plus Westchester County. For StruXure pergola projects specifically, we also cover northern Westchester. We do not service Long Island or New Jersey for most products due to dealer territory agreements.
How much does a commercial awning cost?
Commercial awning pricing depends on size, material, fabrication complexity, and installation requirements. A standard single storefront awning typically ranges from $1,500 to $6,000. How much does a StruXure pergola cost?
StruXure pergola projects typically start around $25,000 and range upward depending on size, configuration, integrated lighting, heating, and site complexity. Rooftop installations in NYC may carry additional costs for permits and logistics. These are high-value outdoor living investments — we’ll walk you through pricing clearly during your consultation.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing options are available. We offer a financing program that can help spread the cost of larger awning or pergola projects. Interest rates vary — contact us to discuss your project and we’ll walk you through the options available.
How long does installation take?
Most standard commercial awning installations are completed in one to two days. Larger projects, walkway canopies, or pergola installations typically take two to five days. Projects requiring permits may have a longer lead time due to DOB approval timelines. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before any work begins.
